Say Yes

Sometimes we say no to ourselves because it feels like the easier option. It’s less work, less commitment, we can just carry on doing as we are without thinking too much about where we are or where we would really like to be. Life feels so full most of the time that most of us don’t have the space or room to really think about what we want or need. I have spoken to many women who feel overwhelmed by their lives but making change feels even more overwhelming.

But the minute we say yes, we acknowledge that we might not be listening to what we need or want, when we say yes, we are opening up that space for dialogue about where we are and where we want to go. When we say yes, we are opening ourselves up to being able to form healthy new habits, that allow us to make that long term sustainable change, where before we may have failed many times.

BY saying yes we are opening ourselves up to new opportunities, to exploring new experiences. Saying yes can help improve our self confidence and help us overcome our fears and challenges. Saying yes can help us set healthy boundaries, and understand our own needs and values. Saying yes opens up a world of possibility, a world where anything is possible.
